Liberty or Love?

Series:
Passage: 1 Corinthians 8:1-13
Service Type:

On March 23, 1775, in a speech to the Second Virginia Convention,  Patrick Henry proclaimed the timeless words, “give me liberty of give me death”. These words ingrained a love for liberty and individual rights in the hearts and minds of Americans until this very day. Yet sometimes, demanding our liberty, hurts others around us. What should we do? Do we demand our rights, or humbly set them aside for the good of others? Paul addresses this very situation to the church in Corinth. Join us as we explore what the Bible teaches about liberty and love.
