“Go along to get along”, “if you can’t beat them, join them”. We are often encouraged by wisdom of the world to take the easy path; easy beliefs, easy money, easy morals, easy life. In Matthew 7:13-14, Jesus warns us about the easy path, a path which leads to destruction. There is another way, a narrow gate to a hard path, but this path leads to life.
